On the 2011 Texas Youth Season Opener my son Colt and I had to deal with a group of henned up gobblers. Twenty minutes of work with the "Grandma Hen" aggitated the hens so much they drug the four two year old gobblers right in behind them. First set up of the year...Boom, Boom, opening morning double for Colt! |

This was during the early season of this year...we set up on this bird early in the morning, and all it took was some quiet tree yelps from the red beard mouth call in response to his non-stop gobbling off the roost to make him b-line it right to us in full strut as soon as he flew down. Thanks bully's for an awesome hunt! |

Being one who appreciates humor, I simply had to purchase some calls from you after seeing the "Girls in the Diner" commercial. I'm a clear call guy so I purchased the "Red Beard" and "Grandma Hen".
This late season TX bird met his demise after being hung up for 45 minutes but came in on a string to a short Whine..Cluck series on the Red Beard. 10.5" beard, 1.125" spurs....crappy cell phone pic! |

Here's one of the 4 Merriam Gobblers that we took in South Dakota using my Bully's glass/slate call I purchased many years ago. This is my little brother and he was excited with the nice Gobbler. Great Call, I also took Gobblers in Missouri (3) and Michigan using the call. |

I shot this Tom opening morning of the MI Spring Turkey Late Season at 7:20 AM. He came in to the Bully's Glass/Slate call.
Beard is 10.0" long and the spurs are just under an inch.
I am very impressed with the Bully's call!

Shot this merriam in Nebraska on 4/24 using the new Bully's Big John mouth call. Hunted with Bully's Pro Staffer John Arbogast and had a great hunt.
20 pounds, 5/8" hooks and 9.5 inch beard. What a great time with great friends. Thanks Bully! |
